As an NPD Manager, my focus was on ensuring the successful launch of UK-manufactured products for one of the UK's largest suppliers of wall and floor coverings at the time.

Key responsibilities within this role included:

Managing NPD projects to ensure that new and redeveloped products are launched successfully, delivered efficiently, and in a timely and cost-effective manner in alignment with the organisation's objectives.

Working closely with the ,manufacturing and commercial teams to ensure cross-functional buy-in.

 Staying abreast of trends and manufacturing advancements.

Liaising and communicating with suppliers, third parties, and external providers of expertise.
